Why Reasoning Isn't Always the Best Decision

In many cases in the modern world, we're facing decisions for which we have little intuitions. We don't really know what to do. And so when that happens, reasoning is not going to have a strong confirmation bias. But instead, reasoning often pushes people toward decisions that are easier to justify.
