Stretching Can Prevent Injury
I know squatting will always play a role because it's out. It can help you troubleshoot a lot of other strengths in your body. A lot of people just again, they're trying to squat like power lifters and go ass to grass. Like if you can just squat really well, you won't have to do eight or 12 exercises. Stretching can prevent injury. I don't think there's enough evidence on most training disciplines that any of this stuff prevents injury.
