I love scrambling. I was talking to a friend yesterday about like, I'm having to learn not to scramble. You know, like scrambling is what I've always done. And hustling, you know, like that's that is my default mode. There comes a point when you have to deliberately not do that in order to make enough space to think and reflect... But it really is a hard skill to unlearn sometimes.
