Cardio Vascular Training Is So Important
Cardio vascular training is so important. You should probably be doing something to get your heart right up every day. Not for an hour, not even for forty minutes, like 30 minutes, 25 minutes is enough. We are not all the same. Some people are not meant to do in paccartio. Others can do it for longer periods of time. There are away too many risks and not enough benefits from high impact, high intensity workouts. If you're worried about age related fat gain, if you'l atually, im so frustrated. A lot of this has to do with loss of muscle. But we need to think about changing and counteracting age related muscle loss.
