I always start with my shoulders because I usually have them hunched up next to my ears, especially when I'm feeling negative. Next thing I think about is my gut because I'm usually trying to suck it in. So I'm like, we're going to let it all hang out right now. If that didn't sound weird enough, okay? Relax everything in your body. There are basically only two things that are ever the source of anxiety: chemical or biological.
