Learning From Your Experience in Booking

You mentioned earlier about how you have changed. Particularly in the last what is it I guess a couple years year and a half since you've been in this role. But I don't think you shared some specifics. I'm curious like what were some of your preconceptions or you know tenets that you used to hold that now in this role with a broader mandate you've had to let go of? "I felt like with all my experience I was probably a little bit kind of over the top"
