The pandemic has definitely up ended how we work and also where we work. And one of the things that's become a really clear is that hybridity, or hybrid work, is here to stay. Most people want this flexible option. They want to be autonomous. Sixty seven per cent of workers are craving more in person time their team. So all this very much lends itself to a hybrid model. In hybridty, i'm excited about all the opportunities it presents. It just opens up so many different opportunities.
