Performance Based Compensation

i find performance-based pay to be one of the best tools for retention. i do promotions every six months and then pay adjustments like a full comp evaluation once a year but i have performance informed both. High performer should be able to really be rewarded for that high performance in terms of compensation so yes is the answer to your question got it? I actually believe really strongly in having as formulaic a system as possible.
