Usability Testing and Brand Perception

There may very well be certain things they prefer within the context of that, but we don't we really just again, we don't understand why. So this becomes very unactionable. Just saying yeah, people prefer this has not doesn't really have any like substance. We can't really do anything with that. Anyways, I'm going to stop there because I just feel like I'm just harping on preference and can do that over and over again for the whole day. And move on a little bit into what you're actually looking at when it comes to this particular request.
