The Bridge Slides Are Amazing
In a traditional yoga context, we can straighten our knees out a little bit in our bridges. There are some other variations of this, but you are performing both joint action simultaneously. With the bridge slides, there's a whole slew of like, quote, levels or regressions and progressions. We teach all those regressions in the five weeks pro, because this is a pose we include in our five weeks to strong and flexible hamstrings.
