Abi: I'm sure it's difficult to cover everything that human system dynamics is. But can you give an example of maybe one of the concepts and then how a concrete change in the way you're approaching a certain problem might be? Abi: One example or one tool that they have is something called dissemination and complex adaptive systems. The way that I kind of use that constantly is trying to understand interactions between objects and objects being people or teams or organizational units. And so interestingly enough, where agility and HSD tie together is I ended up running this very high tension retrospective for this group of people to try to bring them back together.
