When you send a text o, emo, yu, tell them on the phone. R you tell them in person. So it was explanation to a minor suggestion that writing thi stuff out can help relieve the pressure. And of course, talking about it to your best friend, to a therapist, to someone that you trust could also help relieve it. But you do have to get to those layers underneath that hold more truth they hold deeper truths.
