There's a couple different things that can influence us When we don't realize it and it can cause us to make poor decisions So number one we kind of talked about already That's the narrow framing where you're only looking at these two options And the solution to that is to widen your options Second one is the confirmation bias this one I thought was really interesting because I could totally see how this plays out in the business world.
