How to Diagnosis a Spontaneous Bacterial Perinitis
The fluid analysis is largely identical. You're looking for neutrophils. The most recent guidelines recommend using the same cut off of an absolute neutrophil count of 250. It's really very similar to spontaneous bacterial perinitis. Some papers suggest that you need a cut off of 500 neutrophils or 250 plus a positive culture.
