Our internal body clock is responsible for keeping every biological process on time. If you keep a regular sleep wake cycle, go to bed and get up at the same time in a sort of seven days a week, then its possibly one of the simplest but most powerful health providing behaviours that you can do. Do you feel that sleep is one of actually the most underrated tools that we have for our well being? Yes, i'm really pleased that in recent years we've certainly seen more and more people becoming aware of sleep and its importance. We're now sitting on the back of two decades of incredible research, where we're now really understanding it.
