How to Evaluate Insomnia
Trouble sleeping could mean many things and what you're trying to do is look for low hanging fruit. A lot of people nap during the daytime, that's going to start borrowing from nighttime sleep. So if you take long naps, your body really doesn't care where it's getting the sleep at what time. As long as it gets a sufficient amount, it's okay. If this happens at least three times a week for three months, that's when we make the diagnosis.
