Is There a Cold Shower for Acne?

If someone is sitting at home and they literally have not $1 to spend on their skin, but they have acne everywhere. What are some tangible tips that you would tell them? So number one, they can ice pack. Cold compress is it like if it's cystic, do not put heat on it. It's just going to inflament worse. Ice rolling is by far the number one thing anyone can do that doesn't cost them anything and won't backfire. And cold shower, does that works too? That's different. I wouldn't say cold shower. No one's really going to do that.
