The biggest learning for me of the last two years is how different b to c pro sumer and b to b, specially up market, software businesses are nothing that we learnt so when we started sub title. All the things we learned on sub title actually slowed us down with turnkecas. We were trying to apply all the same business principles around how we grew a, activating users, marketing, applying it to a, b to ba, enterprise style business. Justi slowed us down. But i would say how we got started with builling the product was also very different. You cant really nv p a product that, ouknow, is cored to a customer's billing
