I'm getting coaching right now, massive increase in my understanding of what the balance sheet is. Once an owner has the confidence that their past survival, cash flow, they're usually pretty focused on growth. It's usually at that phase when they truly have a business, they know it's sustainable and start thinking about monetizing.
