If you want to do more, by all means do more. But understand that by doing more, you are potentially taking away from your ability to recover. So I really do believe that less is more in that regard. And volume doesn't necessarily equate to quality. Exactly. Feel free to kind of the lines of blood there. The meow brothers are bollowing in their graves right now. Yeah, actually. My joints feel great. Of course, there's no tendons. No ligaments, no issues. You know, so like he said, you take it with the grain of salt.
