How often do you give yourself literally two to three hours where you have no inputs coming in? You can actually meditate. There's a lot of research on wake up first thing in the morning. Without input, just go ahead and get yourself into the right environment,. Get yourself hydrated, and then journal for 10 to 15 minutes. That's powerful micro thinking time. And you can get a lot of what Josh Waitskin would call subconscious breakthroughs. Your subconscious is always working even when you're asleep.
