Time Restricted Eating Is Good for Metapolic Health

Some studies have shown that some people did report adverse effects. But in con as the studies that have allowed people to self select their own time restricted eating period, haven't reported any of those adverse effects and still reported some positive effects. People lose more weight when they assign more of their calories and carvs at breakfast. If you're on a very low carbohydrate diet, then my guess is that it makes more sense to put more of your fat early in the chloric period than late in the day. And within that, putting more carbohydrates and calories early in that period seems to be good.
