Why is it that even with all the steps carefully laid out, when all the guess work is taken out, why do people still flounder? I talk a lot about health and wellness on this show, and diet specifically, because it's something that i think more or less everyone can relate to. But change is hard. Taking action is hard. Staying consistent is hard. And as humans, we have a bias toward inaction. Given the choice between doing something hard and doing something easy, we will always choose the easy thing.
