i think the next few decades is going to be like us trying to figure out how to build a more sustainable food system. I don't think pouring pouring oceans of salt based fertilizers on our topsoil will work. A lot of these ultra processed vegan foods and and whatnot you know it's just a lot of green washing in my opinion. It's not all that sustainable or good for your health but we'll cover that in another episode.
