There are more options now. If you want to be in the culinary industry, you can do anything. I think everybody wants to become a chef now. And it's just, there's so much knowledge and history. But this is sort of what you're talking about, which is like, if I'm hearing this right, all in your school is really teaching you maybe some of the mechanics to become a cook, but not giving you the skill set to be a chef. Yeah. So in Europe, it sort of makes a little bit more sense.
