Getting a Good Commitment Contract

It's actually better to have a commitment contract with higher stakes rather than lower stakes. With lower stakes, I'm not motivated enough. With higher stakes, I have enough motivation to get it done. And the other aspect that I found that I personally gravitated towards is using the possibility of failure and humiliation in some ways like you're telling your friends.
