Douglas and Fiarman - The Admiral Calls the Bluff

From 18 89 to 18 91, douglas and fiarman tried to work out a deal that would be acceptable to both sides. American business interests soon became disenchanted with douglas's willingness to see the hatian side of things. So the americans pushed douglas aside and sent an admiral the us Navy to take over.
