If it's a knee slash quad dominant max effort lift, follow up with an accessory supplemental hip dominant sled dragging variation and vice versa. You could also do lateral crossover step drags like sideways dragging that you instead of if you were going to program a side lunge or a caustic squat as an accessory movement on a lower body day. So I don't want to spend all day on this. Obviously you could see there's so many different variations I've used, but I think I gave you quite a few ideas right there using it as an accessory exercise after your main barbell lift in a workout.
