For someone now who goes to their period up for example and looks at where they are within their cycle what should they be looking at so is it kind of that first half from the bleed? The first couple of weeks before ovulation this could be the time where you push yourself a bit more in the workout. For me knowing that my body is affected at literally every different stage of my cycle vastly affects not just my training but i know my sleep like how i feel all of these different things.
