Squatting to a Partial Depth Is Not the Best for Muscle Hypertrophe

There's not a one sized fitzall when it comes to squat deps. To say that 90 degrees is alpibl for everyone is ridiculous. Squatting to greater depths can elicit greater muscle contraction, muscle hypergrophy, a greater strength gains. A i think havingin goes for single leg movements, ah, different exercises that allow you to expose small issues in your arm and then fix them later on.
