The Importance of Values in Overcoming Fear
When we act on that feeling, when we get overwhelmed by that feeling and we engage in avoidance, it moves us really in the opposite direction to that kind of value. Does that kind of make sense? Totally. But this is just one way that we can certainly, um, certainly help ourselves when we're feeling really overwhelmed. It's pretty locked in. It's going to happen for that person.
