How to Stay Fresh in the NBA
The biggest issue in the NBA in terms of staying fresh is the travel. The amount of games, the game itself, I don't think is the issue. What's going on in between the games, the travel, the late nights, the expectation to recover from that late night to play again the next day are all factors. So it's like knowing the actions, having those quality and managing the quantity of them. But then the energy that influences those actions, because you always hear like, we didn't play well today, didn't have enough energy, energy is key. And then being able to monitor that and understanding that and having the self awareness that I have fatigue or I'm tired
