I'm Not Sold on Fat Loading

I don't know if you've ever looked at loading fats at all. Scott Stevenson's kind of, I think, put that into the paper that kind of came out last year or the year before. Yeah, I'm not sold on the fat loading. For a few reasons. One is this total volume effect is just going to be very small. Second, there's no evidence showing it actually increases muscle size. If someone goes keto, they dramatically increase their carbs. Like the net effect is clearly super detrimental for muscle size.
