I was at the process of co-founding a nonprofit, this real estate nonprofit where we take over empty commercial real estate and use it to kind of trigger regeneration. So that's the kind of trend driven initiative in and of itself. And so he said to me, you know, you're not really what I'm looking for. Would you be interested in that? And I said, well, this works with what I'm doing at the moment. Within a few short months, actually, I'd muscled my way into the business.
