Even my parents still say that you've got to watch out here. Be careful. I definitely would think that at the end of this, we're going to murder your lower back. That was the first thing I made them both do is deadlifts because it's by far the most. It's almost like the fountain of youth, if you do it right. And people are just so scared of hurting their lower back. If you're scared of doing anything with your lower back, guess what's really weak? Your lower back. Exactly.
