How to Find Patterns in a Near Misaccident

Cognitive empathy is a very specific kind of empathy, scalable in our org. That's the way that we can find patterns across a bunch of different people. So I did a bunch of listening sessions about what went through people's minds in a near misaccident. And the patterns come from the focus of mental attention. We don't know them in the beginning, but we find them from the bottom up.
