At your age, usually a hormone specialist can say, you know what, let's try this first and see what's happening. You're gonna need to black out your bedroom 100%. And then about an hour before the shift is over, I want you to wear blue light blocking glasses. That will tell your brain, hey, the sun is going down. It's kind of time to get ready to go to sleep. Then when you're off, keep those glasses on, go in your bedroom that's blacked out and then try to gone to sleep. Basically you wanna trick your body into thinking it's daytime when it's night and nighttime when it's day.
