How to Break Through From the Bad to the Good
It's very easy for us to get into a trap of sometimes saying to ourselves, I can't do this. And instead of creating those statements within our minds, it's about asking ourselves questions. You see our brains are very much like a Google search engine. Whatever we type in, our brains going to look to support and answer it. So the first question is what am I assuming that is limiting my thinking here? If there isn't, all it is is a thought, then you can replace that with something more positive. Once you start practicing it, it starts creating new neuron pathways to actually learn a way around something.
