Harvard and UNC's Preferences Experiment Was a Success

In 2003, Justice O'Connor had predicted that the preferences would no longer be necessary by 2028. The court's issue was less data-driven than my friend Peter or City, Arcadot, the plaintiff's expert, had hoped. Harvard and UNC both sort of said, we need more time to make racial preferences work but can't give you an end point.
