Winemaker talks about how to sell natural wines in France and Italy. He says it's one thing to work without sulphur, but then you have to taste the results. Wines with too much scitso yeast involved are likely to cause a reaction from customers. But he doesn't think consumers should be obliged to drink wine like that.
