How Do Poets Collect Images?
I was thinking how do you take an image of respect that it sounded like a right, the right question and I was thinking I've never asked myself that question ever. Because when I'm writing a poem, even if I write about a real person I genuinely don't think about anyone else reading it. And then I kind of can collect myself off the hook because I'm like well the poem exists now what am I going to do? It's a piece of art. If I start thinking about what people think then the cake sinks and then I'll end up with a poem which often will be if I feel love for the person will be full of love but won't necessarily be super respectful
