The Two Minute Rule in High Email Marketing
The two minute rule: If it would take less than two minutes to finish an action, do it right then. Most of the executives that i work with have at least four or five major initiatives that they were hung up about because they hadn't made the next action decision on it. And if you've been tasked to implement diversity among two thousand widget crankers, s, that's pretty easy to avoid. The boss is the bottle neck, folks, thinks stipate uphill, not down.
