Phil Daru is a strength coach, speaker, entrepreneur, creator, and family man. He has worked with well over 300 professional athletes along his near 2 decades of coaching. As a former pro fighter and collegiate athlete Daru has also competed in powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, and BJJ. Awards include 5x Trainer of the Year for the World MMA Awards and Florida MMA Awards. Daru continues to grow his brand and business through his online platforms which include 500k subscribers and followers on his YouTube channels and Daru Strong Podcast.
