I hadn't really thought about it until I read your book and I hadn't really kind of paid attention to it, as it were. It's just sort of happened so gradually, quite under the radar really. So we have to fight against it, which is a barrier as well. But if you break it up with periods of movement, movement snacks, if you like, throughout the day then that can really help.
