The Four Back Lever Supinated Grip

Every minute on the minute. You would perform a movement for movements for set number of repetitions. And then once you complete that movement for set reps, you take the remaining time off. So if you say you do a tempo shot, take 20 seconds, then you take the 40 seconds off or break. Then you repeat either the exercise or re-exercise for the next minute.
