Do I Need to Quote the Godfather?
If you have employees, you've got to do an audit. What are we i doing with the tasks that need to be completed? In a recession, there are lay offs. It's inevitable. Sometimes you have to get rid of dead weight in order to save the entire ship. Can you get better people? Can you get those tasks done and take in a better, more efficient way? I'm on this review, and i'm going to say this is number eight, and we may leave it at eight to be great.
