One of the biggest factors in autistic individuals not being able to obtain that sense of relief from that cumulative stress is this idea of gaslighting or dismissal of the autistic needs. This comes back to that neurotypical cognitive strength in big picture thinking, right, as opposed to detail thinking. So rather than what you've just described being four tasks, right, which is how a neurotypical person would think of it for you, that's like 120 tasks. Makes sense.
