i stole this protocol from pavel, and he does it with i kettle bell snatches. But he'll do like five rips every 30 seconds for four sets. And that'll be like a series of exercises. We'll use something very similar in our upper body training as well. On some days we want to get that arobic effect, and we want their body to be efficient in recovering in those specific intervals of their sport. And we want also to build some muscles.
