Never, ever, do i want to see someone eating less than three meals a day. That's that sort of my, my all aluminum. What about for people who are getting two workouts in a day? You're gouing to need more fuel. It's not a matter of like, oh, i'm going to lose more weight by working out more often. No, you need to eat to account for the fact that you're now training twice a day. The ability to survive on very little food is not something you should actively try to practise when you are chasing performance goals,. or health goals, or really any goals.
