Bands are a great way to supplement. If you already got a training program that's mainly weights, or that's mainly calisthenics, then using bands or cables as great waiters. I'm also just interested in being able to throw a punch, even though i'm not aggressive and don't intend on fighting,. It's cool to belt a like you use your body in all these different ways.
